That last part is why plans differ. After month 1 we add one targeted protocol at a time, only where the analysis found an obstacle. Few obstacles, few protocols. Six months at three common levels:

Six-month totals include the $149 appointment and the free first month. Supplements and labs are billed separately from membership. Same membership on every level — these are different bodies, not better and worse plans.
3What about labs?

Labs are not included in membership, and most people do not need every panel. We recommend them most often on a lighter pathway, when the analysis found less to work from. They can be repeated at the 3-month review if we need a new baseline. Your advisor decides if and when.

4What does the timeline look like?
Months 1–3
Month 1 is Core + Detox. Then one new targeted protocol a month, only where an obstacle showed up. Detox is done after month 1 and never restarts.
Pathway Review

Months 4–6
Core continues. Only protocols still indicated keep going; new ones can start two at a time if needed. For most people this is the cheaper half.
At 3 months we re-evaluate with a shorter version of your analysis. Many people need less, not more — obstacles often drop off because of the work already done. If something still is not moving, that is when we talk about a higher level of care or a second lab draw, not on day one.
